I have taken the opportunity to reveiw the Fat Burning Furnace written by Rob Poulos who was overweight himself. We are going to look into what the Fat Burning Furnace is and why it is so popular and we will uncover what makes it so special.

The Fat Burning Furnace is built up of two parts these are

1)The Work out
2)The Diet

The Workout

The workout for the Fat Burning Furnace is what makes this different from many other programs. I have hardly seen anybody use or even reccomend workout routines like the ones included in the Fat Burning Furnace. The excercises that Rob has included are really exceptional.

The excercises that Rob shows is just a small part of what makes this workout so great. The speciality of this workout routine is that unlike other training programs that ask you to perform 3-4 sets of each excercise, Rob only says to do one set….. thats it!! But there is more to that one set than one could manage in 3-4 sets. It is rep speed. In the Fat Burning Furnace, you have to perform each excercise at a specified tempo. So for example; 3 seconds to lower the weight and 4 seconds to lift the weight. I think you have got the idea.

Before reading the The Fat Burning Furnace I have read about working with controlled reps that can speed up your fat loss rate than what you do with higher number of sets. I never took note of it until I read The Fat Burning Furnace. Its only now that I wish I had paid more attention to the time I read it before.


The workouts are super short but very intense and definiatly provide the results you expect in a very short time. There are many levels of workout including one at last called the Blowtorch Workout which helped me lose 2% body fat in 12 days. I am to say the least pretty impressed with the workouts.

The Diet

Rob mentions the importance of diet nutrition, and also gives a good detailed explanation on the types of food you should and shouldnt eat for fat loss. Rob did a cracking job with explaining the diet principles. The Fat burning process has given a clear set of guidelines on what to eat and how to eat which is more than enough for a standard fat loss routine especially with the brilliant workout routine I explained above

We really liked The Fat Burning Furnace at Idiot Diet it definitely produces great results in a relativley short space of time.
