So we took a look at Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and we think its pretty good! We like the reputation of Joel Marion and you don’t get the reputation he has got from giving rubbish advice.
Joels program requires you to follow his nutrition and exercise advice exactly, or else you wont do as well as you had hoped.
The program uses a 5 day action plan that is repeated five times, this is why the results they show are after 25 days!
What we liked is that Joel allows you to have a “cheat day” which is every 5 days where you are allowed to eat junk food like ice cream and cake, in fact whatever you want! Joel even encourages you to do it, this helps keep your body in shape and stops it from storing fat in those those periods you aren’t eating as much as you would normally. It seems like a bluff but boy does it work!
