
I just finished a Jillian work out and completed the remainder of my food prep for the week. This week I prepared ahead as I have a busy schedule. Also, not having to cook will free me up to ensure I get my exercise in! Let’s get it yal! PS One serving of the soup is 2 cups! Yesterday, I had 1 cup of soup with a 1/4 to 1/2 cups of rice. VERY hearty and filling – and only around 325 calories! Along with a tossed salad, soup makes a great lunch and, or dinner.
