I am a failure.

I tried 100 times to meet me and lose weight and feel better, but I can not eat healthy for long periods of time without food badly.I really enjoy working! but I could do an I go on a basis regulating… I suppose that if I was able to develop a regular routine, I could keep it environments. Sete semanas atrás eu comecei o treinamento de força e em execução, que nunca tinha feito! Agora estou executando 2,5 a 3 quilômetros de cinco dias por semana. Eu comecei minha ingestão de calorias aproximadamente 1200 por dia, eu perdi 10 quilos, mas que foi durante as primeiras semanas de dois anos e meio, assim eu aumentei minha ingestão de calorias para 1500 calorias por dia para as últimas 2 semanas, mas eu ainda não tenho perdido anymore. Eu entendo não saem todos ao mesmo tempo, mas eu fui de nenhum exercício a 15 milhas por semana, eu realmente esperava os 30 primeiros para derreter fora. Agora estou em 167, mas meu objetivo é 135.
