These may be baked and roasted, broiled or even mixed with other items to create a delicious salad. However do not assume that it is merely limited the boring old salad. You just need to spend a little time researching the internet and you can find an abundance of mouth watering recipes you can use to prepare those bean dishes.

#5: Snacks

Try snacking on healthy carb such as sliced cucumbers, apricot slices or other fruits and vegetables. You need to be creative when handling these food items.  Fruits and vegetables need not necessarily be served in is natural from but you can dip it or sauté it with your favorite sauce or toppings.
