We have escalators, elevators and public transportation’s to take us to places we want to go. We have every modern day facility to make our lives so much easier! No longer do we have to walk a mile to get fresh supply of water for our household needs but we have everything delivered right to our homes. The modern lifestyle is creating a generation of fat and physically inactive individuals.

# Lack of Exercise

As diets and exercise seems to trigger negative reaction in most people especially those who are overweight, getting these people to get up and exercise become an almost impossible chore unless there is a great big motivation for them to do so.
