Tips for Success during the Dr Atkins Induction Stage

The Four Stages of the Dr Atkins Diet Program

Each of the stage has its own guidelines and goals which need to be followed diligently to be able to see results.  The first stage would be the induction stage, then you would enter into the ongoing weight loss stage – which is the fun part, and then the pre-maintenance stage.
