Strip That Fat Diet Plan

STF-platinum_300So lets get straight down to it! Does “Strip That Fat” actually work and will it turn me into an Iron Man over night?

Yes “Strip That Fat” does work in fact it works exceptionally well it’s a great time efficient diet plan, but unfortunately it will not work over night, but you had kinder guessed that I suppose.

If you have ever done a low carb or a low fat diet you know that they do work however they only ever seem to work for a short period of time, this is because after a few weeks your body seems to adapt to the change in the food you are eating and you losing weight just comes to a stop!

The trouble with low fat low carb diets is that they are pretty unpleasant to be on and because of this you really can’t stick to them and well as soon as that happens you start banging the weight back on again!

The Fat Burning Furnace Plan

I have taken the opportunity to reveiw the Fat Burning Furnace written by Rob Poulos who was overweight himself. We are going to look into what the Fat Burning Furnace is and why it is so popular and we will uncover what makes it so special.
.The Fat Burning Furnace
The Fat Burning Furnace is built up of two parts these are

1)The Work out
2)The Diet

The Workout

The workout for the Fat Burning Furnace is what makes this different from many other programs. I have hardly seen anybody use or even reccomend workout routines like the ones included in the Fat Burning Furnace. The excercises that Rob has included are really exceptional.

The excercises that Rob shows is just a small part of what makes this workout so great. The speciality of this workout routine is that unlike other training programs that ask you to perform 3-4 sets of each excercise, Rob only says to do one set….. thats it!! But there is more to that one set than one could manage in 3-4 sets. It is rep speed. In the Fat Burning Furnace, you have to perform each excercise at a specified tempo. So for example; 3 seconds to lower the weight and 4 seconds to lift the weight. I think you have got the idea.
