A full routine is 25 reps with the 10 different positions x 4 sets = 1000 reps. Takes about 30 minutes with resting. During off days, I’ll do core exercises while my abs recuperate. A few hints unmentioned Start off doing a number of reps you can handle. No sense in going extreme if you can’t finish all the movements consecutively.
